Lunch straight off the hatch. The lobster sub the pub’s built its name on, caviar on chips for the disgracefully inclined, and a queue worth joining.
THE LOBSTER SUB

Split, buttered and packed with dressed lobster. Half lobster, half crab prepped fresh each morning — 200 a day, and when they’re gone they’re gone.
CAVIAR ON CHIPS

Crisps, caviar, chives and sour cream. The most disgraceful thing you’ll eat standing up on your lunch break.

When the lunch crowd clears, the Shack turns to three things and three things only: Digby Fine English by the glass, Maldon oysters shucked to order, and caviar. That’s it.

A shack with a Faber pedigree
A little Airstream parked out on Chancellor Passage, wearing a hand-painted Tallyman × Faber sign. It's part of the pub, but with an edge of its own — a bit more premium, a bit more occasion.
Faber brings the seafood credentials; Digby Fine English brings the sparkling. Between them, the best lunch and the best five-o'clock in Canary Wharf.
